Currently, we possess three properties which bring in gross revenue of $800k+ per year! Prior to expanding our portfolio, our primary focus was on refining the management of our first property. Many management companies tend to lose the personal touch as they grow in size. However, Coastal Pleasures is ideally suited for individuals seeking a personalized management experience. We have perfected our management craft as seen in our Oceanside Property. We took over managing it in April 2023 and as of June 2026 we have received over 180 5-star reviews (and one sad 4 star) with an average nightly rate of $559. Our Carlsbad property has received the first 38 reviews as perfect 5 stars and an average nightly rate of $1,170. Lastly, the 3rd property has 80 5 star reviews and 1 sad 4 star. In total, we have received over 300 5-star reviews and two 4 stars. This leads to an incredibly high nightly rate and occupancy that beats other similar properties by upwards of 50%. This is due to Airbnb's algorithm, guest favorite as well as "top home" trophies (which all 3 properties have) this leads to incredible first page impression rates. Our properties land on the first page 55%-85% of all searches in the area! This then creates total occupancy of over 70%-80%.
