Currently, we possess three properties. Prior to expanding our portfolio, our primary focus was on refining the management of our first property. Many management companies tend to lose the personal touch as they grow in size. However, Coastal Pleasures is ideally suited for individuals seeking a personalized management experience. We have perfected our management craft as seen in our Oceanside Property. We took over managing it in April 2023 and as of October 2025 we have received 150 straight 5-star reviews and an average nightly rate of $559. In total, we have received 212 5-star reviews and one 4-star (an old pool heater broke). This leads to an incredibly high nightly rate and occupancy that beats other similar properties by upwards of 50%. This is due to Airbnb's algorithm, guest favorite as well as "top home" trophies lead to first page impressions. Our properties are pushed very hard on Airbnb, as well as VRBO, landing on the first page 55%-60% of all searches in the area!
