What We do
Coastal Pleasures' 15% Fee Structure
We charge a competitive rate of 15% of gross rental income to take care of all day-to-day management of the property.

- Daniel arrives after the cleaners finish, and with his attention to detail, makes sure absolutely everything is perfect for the next guests. This also ensures maintenance is taken care of immediately, unlike many other management companies.
- Most large management companies do not have the personal touch with their large portfolios. They fall behind with a few bad reviews, next thing you know, your listing is on the 30th page. With guest favorite and "top home" trophies, the rental income increases substantially! Over 50% in some cases!
